it's the high-altitude KerBalloon crew's turn to take out the UTVs, which will be shipped to the Kongo from where they will set out for a ~450km traverse to release a balloon over the largest open plain on Kerbin, under contract from Kip Engineering

high-altitude KB crew are loading up to fly out to the Kongo, with 2 Dhumlas to carry UTVs and supplies. Crew will fly out in Deuces. Though none are our own aircraft, this is still the first time using no airships for mission transport! Not always cheaper, but progressive

with some early day fog still burning off from the river below, high-alt KB team sets out from the Kongo base on their journey northwest to bit.ly/Area_GQP7-S. Precious equipment kept in the rear-most UTV to avoid any terrain accidents suffered by pathinders in front

weather delayed their balloon release so the high-altitude crew just recently rolled back to base out in the Kongo but report successful recovery and no serious issues on the round-trip drive. Everyone enjoyed getting to camp out under the aurora
