we have direct signal acquisition from the KB unit, passing thru 6.1km. Contract payout doesn't start until 18km, hoping it gets past 22km

envelope failure at 23.3km is a pretty good ascent considering launch conditions. Now UTVs have to try to access wherever the payload lands
