while sky conditions are not a factor, being at sea means water conditions are. Currently seas are within recovery safety margins

balloon is away as of 3min ago & has already cleared horizon @ 647m, Tracking Stn has tlm signal. It will ascend to a max altitude of 16.5km

nominal ascent, unlike high-alt balloons icing is not an issue. Chutes are armed, falling back down to 600m chute deploy takes about 2min
