we have AOS @ 15.9km as expected so release was on time. Balloon tracked westward, also as expected. Tongjess should be pacing for recovery

envelope failure @ 16.5km, upper-level winds brought balloon back north a bit, Tongjess comms received, are prepping recovery in calmer seas
