Val is taxiing back to the parking area after a gnarly approach - she forgot how challenging the landing is here compared to KSC. She will attempt to fly back to KSC next day cycle.

Val was not happy with her approach & landing yesterday, has decided to stay at Kravass for the week for some pattern practice & also to talk to the flight instructors about what she & Jeb have been working on for multi-crew operations. And sign autographs.

being a Kravass native, Commander Val is very much a local celebrity and has been spending just as much time attending events and giving TV interviews as she has working with the KGA flight instructors and on her own flying

Val is getting ready to depart after her week spent at Kravass - now she just has to remember where she parked. Okay not really, our Civvie has the external cameras that make it easy to spot (but not in this photo - its way at the end of the line to the left)

Val has departed KGA for her trip back to KSC. Based on her filed flight plan we expect to hear from her no later than 18:15 UTC and wish her a safe and smooth flight!

Val has popped up over the horizon to the north, she had to take a bit of a roundabout route to avoid reports of bad weather over the central plains by airship captains. Flight Control is clearing her for approach to KSC

cleared to land Runway27, winds 307 @ 8-10kts, Val has rebalanced her remaining fuel load and begun her descent into the traffic pattern after skirting around the bay

Val is taxiing over to the HAB after an uneventful approach and landing. Nice to have all our Civvies home again. She heard about the new flight assistance units & is eager to help C7 test, will reduce tedious control work on these longer flights
