new contract has been inked for the low-altitude bit.ly/KerBalloonProg… crew, but Mortimer says no new negotiations are underway - we may be approaching data saturation again, which means most agencies won't need new missions for a while while they process what they already have

low-altitude KerBalloon team has departed for bit.ly/Zone_23A9N, too far for a UTV traversal (not that they are available now anyway) they've chartered an airship. Less net income - airship companies don't feel incentivized in any way to offer us decent rates
