initial testing earlier today after 2nd sunrise has shown the concept of hooking a capsule via airship for extraction at sea (and no doubt easier on land) is a feasible idea that still has a lot of problems to be worked out

an airship has been tethered to the KSC Village warehouse berth this week, where it has been fitted with a hook and winch mechanism so tomorrow they can test picking up the capsule prototypes out of the water
