MSV cutters like the Lymun (and Tongjess) can travel up to 50km/h over calm seas so unless conditions worsen should be on station in ~2hrs

we have launch confirmation, payload is ascending at 5m/s, expecting it to clear the horizon ~5km, depends on terrain of island in the way
