a storm front rolling in from the west scrapped original plan to circle Area SL-777 at 1, 2 & 3km, replaced w/ quicker steady climb to 3km

Val is "on the deck" at 1km over the Grasslands making ready to orbit Area SL-777 @ 7km while climbing ~5m/s up to 3km (cloud base 3.6km)

climbing is better than descending as atmo scoop can't tolerate speeds >100m/s & full throttle lets alternator run all systems w/o battery
